Thank you for supporting my work as a solo independent artist! Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges. As much as I’d love to accommodate everyone, I’m unable to absorb the cost of return shipping. Refund Policy

All sales are final and unfortunately can’t be refunded. When you make a purchase, I place an order with my manufacturer right away because I value your support and want to expedite the fulfillment process as much as possible. If I process a refund, I’m still charged by them, which means I’m losing money.

Refund Exception for Unexpected Shipping Fees

If shipping turns out to be unexpectedly higher for your address—especially in rare cases for more remote areas—I’ll reach out to let you know about the additional fees. I’ll do my best to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for you. If the costs are more than you anticipated, you can change or cancel your order for a full refund—I totally understand! Damages and issues

Please take a moment to inspect your order upon arrival. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact me right away at hello@laurenceplouffe.com. I will do my best to resolve the issue.
