So I’ve had this idea for a while: go shoot in the Frederic-Back park at sunset or sunrise during the winter. I wanted to capture the sci-fi look of the spherical biogas wells in a desert-like environment. And if I got lucky, I would get some nice colours in the sky to add to the epicness of it all. Of course I chose sunset because… Well, there’s quite a way to walk to get there and I really didn’t feel like waking up at 5 AM in the winter. In the end, even though it was so cold, the vision I had in mind really came through. For more information about this epic park, check out Tourisme Montréal’s post here.
